The Green Building Fund is a Commonwealth Government initiative to encourage energy efficiency within the privately owned office building stock. Grants up to $500,000 or 50% of the value of projects are available. So far 89 buildings across Australia have been approved for grants, including seven Adelaide office buildings. Energyfocus acted as advisor to the owner of one of these buildings.
